Mr. Seth Wang :Mr. Wang is a professional lawyer who has practiced for more than 8 years in Shanghai. After graduation from the East China University of Politics and Law located in Shanghai, he worked for Shanghai Yishi Law Firm, one of the leading foreign related law firms in Shanghai, and Johnson Stokes & Master, one of the biggest leading law firms in Hong Kong for many years and therefore is well experienced both in litigation and non-litigation fields. He now works in Shanghai Dong Zuo Firm as initial partner.

Mr. Wang primarily provides legal service in the commercial fields. He advises clients on a range of issues involving Real Estate, foreign direct investment, taxation, labor, contracts and tort. Besides his non-litigation work, Mr. Wang has also successfully acted for clients in many commercial litigations and disputes. He has provided legal services to many multinational companies including Sony, Sojiz, HSBC, Swire and Honda.

Mr. Wang's working languages are English and Mandarin. He has helped many foreign clients (both individuals and companies) to realize their legal interests in China.
