Max graduated from the East China University of Politics and Law located in Shanghai.

He advises clients on a range of issues involving Real Estate, foreign direct investment, taxation, labor, contracts and tort. Besides his non-litigation work, Max  also successfully help the lawyer in many commercial litigations and disputes.
